Vitamin E oil is not meant to be ingested is what most people arn’t educated on. I would go with coconut oil and grape seed oil instead. You could ingest vitamin e capsules prescribed by a doctor but never vitamin E OIL. Huge difference. Whatever you put on your lips goes in your body eventually.

Hold up, what happened to using soap and water to wash your hands??? Even with hand sanitizer you still need to take a towel and wipe the dirt off your hands.
