20 years ago my house obtained the CF from MPSJ. Do I need to change the CF (MPSJ) to CCC (MBSJ)? If I were to sell the house, does the new owner need to obtain a new CCC for the house or can still use the old CF?

Old CF is also valid. But as the multiplicity laws keeps changes, its hard to tell. I would suggest you to double check with the officers in MBSJ

Hi. Whilst a good change, there are two major drawbacks are. 1) the minimum 1M property purchase, totally over the top. Not because we cannot afford it but because there is no opportunity for equity growth and what HNWI wants to invest to lose money ! ? 2) the requirement to hold the property for 10 years, again that just ties up money for too long and offers no flexibility. Such a shame, nearly there but stumbled at the last fence. Let’s hope for a further review on these two points. Thanks for a great post.

I realised that I could easily afford the MM2H Golden Tier visa and I was looking to purchase a real estate for MYR 1 Million..then soon realised that Malaysians are highly racists against Indians...so I changed my mind and chose the Dubai Golden Visa program

Typically most of the average Malaysian are just normal people. Everywhere you will find some bad apples. I've been Malaysian all my life and I have many Indian and Malay friends and colleagues. I don't think it's fair to generalize the entire country as racists

Renovation done pre-Covid, but now the cost has double or almost tripled . Last time the whole house piping cost RM15k, Wiring RM25k. For the termites, it's just a long pipe beneath the house concrete floor, so all I need to do is pour the termites poison every year

When this video was shot? The exchange rate is 4.70 now , the problem is if you are not an expert on econmy pls don't give comment . Geopolitic and dedolloarization will make USD less significant and risky currency

Like you rightly said, dedollarization makes USD less significant (less in demand). But, so what does that tell us about Ringgit going even lower than a currency that is dying??? People are dying and you are worse than them...what does it signal about you? Worse than dying.

You know, the WEIRD thing is, while the ringgit has strengthened slightly against the Sing$ (from 3.57 to 3.50), during this time the ringgit has actually weakened tremendously against the American$ WHILE Sing$ holds par ground with American$. Its intriguing. Think about it. If M strengthens against S while S holds still with A, how can M be weakening so much against A??? Unless S is deliberately weakened against M or M has been deliberately 'abandoned/weakened' by A. Either way, it means Malaysia is doomed and is at the mercy of the stronger economies.

I have openly condemned Forest City when it was launched in 2016. Mostly in Yahoo forum . Which unfortunately is now defunct. The fatal errors in the concept, design, execution were too obvious. To any one in construction or real estate industry. It is just plain horrible. How could the advisers /consultants to Johor Sultan have not known? They advised him badly. He relied on their expertise and they failed him. This project is doomed from Day One.
