its a signaled padestrian crossing. "Pedestrians must not step out onto a crosswalk to force a vehicle to stop." "Pedestrians must wait for the green figure or WALK signal to start crossing the road, where traffic signals are present." so if you belive a pedestrian walking into a road with headphones on, not looking and with a hood up impairing vision, walking into traffic on a red padestrian sign is the drivers fault.... then sir, you are wrong

The merger has no turning lights?! When you merge you have to use the turning light- is the law! As a conclusion- the driver in the white car has no idea about the law, like many others on the street who thinks that when they got the driving license they bought and the street!
