If a car dealership sends you something in the mail saying you won, then you go in and you don't win.... Legally you can then sue them for slander and false advertisement and fraudulent activity. The judge should then favor your request of the law suit.

I got an extremely similar one in my mail today. The symbols and prizes were different, but otherwise it was exactly the same thing. I supposedly won 1st prize which was $10,000. I knew it was a scam, and after closely reading the small print it was confirmed. At the end it basically straight out tells you that the symbols don't mean anything. As you found out here, the purpose of those is just to make you think you won a big prize in order to lure you to the dealership. At that point you learn that you didn't win anything, but maybe you'll buy a car while you're there. They should *NOT* be able to get away with that. I love how you asked him "Isn't that fraudulent?" and he just moves on without answering.
