I remember reading these H1s and page titles had hire CTRs. Though it's possible it's changed over the years. Sometimes I'll make the page title / H1 sentence case, depending on the subject matter.

It helps identify duplicate content, esp if a 301 redirect breaks, which sometimes happens. I recently had a sitewide 301 redirect stop working and only learned of it from GSC saying my www site was getting traffic (instead of my non-www (the default)). A bunch of web dev forums say it also helps Google understand what your canonical site/pages are.
