The man is Afghan (from Afghanistan), and they are often associated with street crime and drugs, among other criminal activities. Pakistan gave them opportunities and shelter to live, but look at what they did with it. They are refugees.

In Karachi people mostly are Muhajir ( Native urdu speakers). And there are Memon, sindhi, balochi, pushtoon. Other ethincity too. They all live togther. Karachi is economical hub and people come here from different cities of Pakistan for work. People who are wearing sindhis are not always sindhis. They wear it bcs they like it. Even pushtoon/Afhans also sometimes wear sindhi cap.
