Hey beautiful! Just seen this wonderful review and I just wanted to personal comment and express to you how much I appreciate you taking the time to do this! It well and truly is an honour to see this and have your genuine reaction to one of my wig designs. As for the lace, this is noted and we are always improving to provide the best service possible and so we will soon be listing wigs best suitable for fair skin tones for that gorgeous and seamless blend from skin to wig. I am so pleased you love it and you look fabulous wearing it! Ultimately it’s seeing your smile that categorically outshined the wig and that right there is exactly why I do what I do. Thank you so much! Please don’t hesitate to reach should you need any assistance or advice! Love, Steph ❤

I'm absolutely in love with it! The lace being a bit dark is something I've encountered with most human hair wigs I've had so it's not at all unexpected and definitely not a deal-breaker. Though, of course, I'd love to get one in the future with a lighter shade of lace, whether ready to ship or custom. Thank you for making such beautiful wigs!

Love this review! A lot of reviews don't really cover all the details I need to know 😂 I'm also very fair skinned like you and I struggle with visible lace. I've been considering ordering from Baldylox, but sometimes it's hard to tell from wig websites if what you order is really going to look that good in reality. Side note: would you mind me asking where you got the red wig you're wearing in the beginning of the video. It literally looks like my dream hair! I currently wear a synthetic from BelleTress because of how pretty the color is, but the cap is absolutely huge on me and I hate the heat defiant synthetic all BelleTress uses. Edit: I just read the video description 😂 Sorry about that!

The lace colour really is tricky for some skin tones! It's been too dark on almost every human hair wig I'd ever had. haha Belle Tress caps are... frustrating. I mostly wear Belle Tress wigs but whether they'll fit or not is a gamble. I know some are particularly huge (Camellia!) and some fit just right (hand tied Dolce & Dolce) but I don't know which styles have which sized caps!

Super helpful review! ❤ And you’re so pretty. Do your synthetics not have this “lace flapping” issue by the ears? I do encounter this with my human hair wigs too unfortunately :(
@porcelainplutonian
@porcelainplutonian Ай бұрын
Aw, thank you! And no, I don't have the flapping with my synthetics. Most of them are Belle Tress, a few from Raquel Welch, a couple Jon Renau, so they all have a pretty structured cap with the firmer ear tabs with bendable metal in them. They downside is that they're not ear-to-ear lace, but I'll take it to avoid adhesive. haha

I do this same thing with my wigs. I am partial to Bele Tress and Dolce as well. The only thing I do differently is I spray some water on the fibers. I really like the Tress Tech Cool Flow Styler because it cools the fibers so you don't have to pin it in place. Great video!!

I have alopecia and wear wigs - usually synthetic wigs due to the cost. All wigs with a fringe (usually) come with bangs that are too long for everybody so they can be trimmed. I learned years ago to always go with heat-resistant wigs whenever possible when going with a synthetic wig. To be fair, I’m lazy af and rarely ever take the time to style mine once I have it where I like them between washes. I also highly recommend NOT regularly using styling products on wigs of any type…but if you ARE going to, take the time to research & purchase styling products MADE for synthetic wigs. (Some regular hair styling products can irreparably damage synthetic wigs). Always appreciate tips for cutting/styling/working with wigs; thank you SO much for these hints. ☮️💟 Edit: also, using a really sharp pair of pointed regular or even craft scissors (*no*t $$$ actual hair cutting) scissors is probably your best bet. As most of us (who don’t work with hair for a living), are becoming aware, actual hair scissors can be extremely costly and will quickly dull and even be permanently damaged by synthetic fibres.

Thanks so much for this! I just recently decided to start wearing wigs as a way to help me feel more presentable with less overall effort while I'm recovering from cancer treatment and am just fatigued ALL the TIME. A couple weeks ago, I did a bunch of shopping around and finally ordered a long synthetic one with bangs and natural auburn gradient waves. When it came last week, I was so happy that it looks absolutely beautiful, but I've just let it sit since then because I'm too nervous to trim the bangs which are (like the ones in your video) just too long to wear as-is. I'm gonna watch this like 10 more times and then probably actually go try it for myself. So thank you, in advance, for helping me be able to feel better about how I look, without having to completely exhaust myself in the process!

It looks so bomb on you! I have alopecia myself and i just ordered one of their hd lacefronts. How has this wig held up, does it shed alot? Idk if you've worn it much if you have other wigs, but the unit im wearing rn is a full lace one from hair vivi. It has shed quite a bit, but its old and i think full lace wigs seem to shed a bit more anyway 😂 thank you for this review though! Theres a million sponsored reviews for them but not many honest ones lol
@porcelainplutonian
@porcelainplutonian 2 жыл бұрын
I've only worn this one for a full day a handful of times so I don't think I can accurately say how it's holding up. I am pleased that it hasn't shed much though, just a bit when I first got it, and when I do wear it for a whole day, the nape tangles less than on some of My other human hair pieces. It also still feels really nice after two washes and a colouring, so that's a big plus for me. Sometimes they feel really awful after I've dyed them and done a really thorough wash! I hope your wig is as lovely as mine has been when it gets to you!

I've actually only ever had one full lace wig! I mostly wear lace fronts with wefting in the back and find them quite comfortable as long as the lace isn't itchy. I've worn this one quite a few times now and it's super comfy!

Hi Kiddo, my wig arrived today and the bangs are too long and not wide enough. I've watched this video 4 times today at work so I can go home and cut the bangs on my new wig. I sure hope I can do as good a job as you did in this video. The wig I ended up purchasing off Amazon is called Esmee Wigs. It's the same style as you have on in this video, and it has a nice part that looks real. See, I pay attention to your video's :) I'll let you know how it goes. Thanks again.
