Chili looks really bad on my cool toned skin. It’s a beautiful shade but it’s really not recommended for cool toned skins... I look like shit whenever I try to wear this 🙁

Well when u r in the Mac store u rlly have to try on before picking d right colour depending on ur skin tone. Do not choose a Mac lipstick without knowing ur undertone. That's what I have learnt

The lipstick colors Velvet Teddy and Brave are as boring as the color of hot dogs, and are the hot dog water of the lipstick makeup world. I truly don't understand the attraction to those colors unless you have manky, crooked yellow teeth, and a thin mouth that you DON'T want to draw attention to, or are truly color blind, or are a teen or tween whose mom just started letting you wear makeup, and you can only wear non-existent lipstick colors like that and clear mascara with it. Hopefully, those colors are going to go away like the liver/mauve/brown/muddy colored ones that were CRAZY popular in the 90s did. (Remember Mac Verve? *Shudder*) I know everybody raves about those colors now, but on someone as beautiful as you with the shape of your lips and how pretty your teeth are, you are much better off with the brighter lipstick colors that show off your assets like you demoed. I really liked the brighter colors, I'm going to go pick those up this week.

I'm not sure velvet teddy is universal. I heard it was and ordered the mini online (I live rurally most of the time and don't get to see mac lipsticks irl unless I travel in to glasgow) and it just looks brown on me. I don't like it. I'm quite pale, but not the palest, like the palest it's possible to be with yellow undertones.

Great lips but i feel that if you are showing lipstick shades then lipliner should not be used because it will effect the real outcome.
