Idk about South Africa, but in the US most public school’s have a rule where if you’re shorts/skirt is shorter than you’re hands when your arms/hands are flat against the side of your body, it’s too short.

That’s is called giving value to subscribers. Not useful to spend money on watching your videos without having an idea of how to extract information that could benefit them financially. This is why poverty is leading in Ghana. All the necessary information are stuck with a few people. Just like how the education system is, example; children are taught how to filter water using layers of soil and charcoal but no one is using that in practice to generate income after school and end up on the streets doing demonstrations.
