Second, he probably mistook the old man as a homeless person possibly under the influence and/or with mental health issues. All-in-all, his intention was to get the man out of the store and the line moving. He did go back, picked him up and sat him up on the curb. Hardly a malicious, intentional assault! As far as the allegation goes of this guy yelling racist epithets, that's not what the video showed and is yet to be proven
