thanks men, also some people facing issue still to remove frp from z981, z982 devices, i would recommend to learn first how to enable ADB Mode, so that your device could be detected by flasher tool, and unlock frp www.techeligible.com/2018/01/24/enable-adb-mode-by-codes/

Omg! It actually worked! This video is a life saver! For all who are watching, follow the steps exactly as he shows you. For me, at the very end, the "erase everything" option was not available to select. So, I thought to hard reset it the old fashion way (power off, press and hold the power key and volume up key at the same time). I went through the steps of a factory hard reset and VOILA! Once the phone turned on, it recognized me as a new user. Today is December 20, 2017 and this method still works. So happy right now :)
