I loved this series, but I felt the ending was a bit lacklustre. If only there was a timeskip that concluded things a bit better. Who knows, maybe one day we will get an Alexander & Felix spin-off series

It's meant to end open-ended. I didn't like it at first too, but considering the story is told as if it's a history book, it's quite literally just another page in the history of the galaxy.

@@SpScarletSpider Yeh, a bit unfulfilling because there were so many loose ends but hey it doesn't detract from the series as a whole, definitely in my top 5 ever - maybe we'd have gotten a satisfying ending if only Kircheis had been there.. I started Gaiden but honestly all of this intense subtitle reading is doing a number on my eyes & mind rn lol, gotta watch a simpler series to unwind first I think 😅

This show was amazing all the way till the end I'm glad my friend recommended it to me and how the show never forces an answer down your throat you choose which government style to root for Yang's Democratic Republic ideals or Reinhard's Autocracy that could become another goldenbaum.

シリーズ中一番好きなOP曲です。本編の最終期、ロイエンタールの死が一番悲しかった。ラインハルトの最後の言葉...最高に良かった。

結局主力で残ったのはミッターマイヤーくらいで残りの将兵はみんな亡くなりましたからね。結局最後までラインハルトとヤンは五分の戦力で戦うことは無かった。

It's incredible how I'm feeling nostalgia for a series I've watched like just 2 years ago Damn everytime I hear its music I feel like going for a rerun For me, 2 and 4 are my fave OPs, people often complain about the engrish accent on this one but I don't mind it that much, I guess it's one of the perks of being non-native

いいですねこれヤン、ラインハルト双方どちらにも当てはまる歌詞なんですよね。ヤンは沢山の戦友を失ってフレデリカという伴侶を得、ラインハルトはキルヒアイスという最大の友を失いヒルダという理解者を得た。ただ二人とも志半ばの死を遂げながら、多くのものを残したという点は共通する。本当に良い歌詞だと思います。
