How do you adjust length?!

Hi, there is an adjustment screw that you will need to undo about 10x. Once that has been loosened off you can press the screw in with your thumb, which will allow you to move the leg on the bar. Tighten the screw once the leg is in the correct position.

I bought a car from abroad, and it arrived without a key for raised rails. I cant remove them and dont want to damage them, is it possible to take them somehow? :)

just some fancy video cutting to skip the part where you can't actually tighten up 2 pf the screws because there's a big thing blocking the screw head 2:28

Hi Shaun, the Allen key that is provided has a ball end made for tightening up screws that are on an angle.

Hi, you can face one of the FrontLoaders the opposite direction on your roof racks no problem at all.

Hi, Yes the RoadShower has brackets that will go around most brands and types of crossbars.

It’s not specifically designed for extreme weather conditions but people do use the tents in the snow. It has 4 season weather protection with 600D Ripstop Polyester fabric and a 3000mm waterproof PU coating.

Hi Jason, No problem at all, just make sure it's all dried out before packing up or air out as soon as you can so don't have mould growth.

an absolute nightmare to move the rings, they barely move :( in this video they move soo smooth, is a pain in reality..beware if you want to buy this product my hands hurt, I am already disappointed and it wasn't cheap.

@@YakimaracksAUNZ Thanks for the quick reply and I apologise. I found the problem. I must have forced the plastic guide under the cover and it had a burr that stopped it gliding into it's slot. I filed it down and it worked.

Hi Douglas, The water can get quite hot if the RoadShower is out in the hot sun. There is a thermometer provided in the box to install on the side of the RoadShower to check the temp before use.

Is there a gap at hinge position that insects can enter?

Hi Haoyu, there is a small gap (a couple of centimetres) where the hinge is however the fabric does cover that area and has a small velcro piece that allows you to almost completely cover that small area.
