Remember that the Bible says in Revelation 13:16 that the mark of the beast will either be received in the front OR in the right hand! Therefore, it is not enough not to "think" like the beast, or with the mind believe that the seventh day is the true Sabbath. It is not enough to be a sabbath keeper, because many people for fear of wanting food and clothing, during the no buying and no selling crisis, will adhere to the beast's agenda, although acknowledging with their mind that the seventh day is the true Sabbath of the LORD. They will compromise for fear of loosing their jobs, their houses, their career, their family, their friends, their influence, etc...These people will, then, receive the mark of the beast in their right hand! Absurd. Does thinking a certain way about the Sabbath result in not being able to buy or sell? No it doesn't!!! Remembering or not Remembering the Sabbath, however you interpret that it should be remembered, IS NOT the Mark of the Beast. Not even God's people ever believed prophecy until the eve and day of destruction. Prophecy unlike science talks of things not yet seen. The people never believed Jeremiah until Babylon destroyed the city and the temple. People resist SDA mostly because it is a prophetic movement. Do not worry. They will see things on the eve and day of destruction and some will be delivered.

I have advocated about the Sabbath with Priests and Pastor of various Protestants churches telling them that we as Christians should keep the Sabbath and not Sunday. They said it does not matter. I watch a video of this pastor and was liking what I heard, but your introduction telling the listeners that Rome killed more Christian people than anyone and that’s not correct. Christianity was ruled in the beginning by the Roman Empire, but that’s when Christianity grew in large numbers. Where are the 7 churches? How many Christians lived in the Middle East after the Roman Empire fell? It was the majority!!! It was Muhhamed destroyed everybody in Madina, went back to Meca, then turned with the sword and went through the Middle East , Africa, Asia, and killed more Christians than anyone ever had. And Paul never changes the Sabbath. Later man thought he had the authority to change the laws of God. By the way, the 613 laws were done away with. And the Sacrificial laws were abolished. Yes you are correct about the Sabbath. It is the seventh day of the week & not the first. That day is the day of the sun- a pagan day used by sun worshipers. The Holy Roman Church adopted it.

The Catholic Church had nothing to do with worshipping on Sunday. They are wrong on much, but they had nothing to do with this. The apostles started this after the resurrection. The Catholic Church didn’t come about until 590AD. The early church fathers wrote about this many times until 325AD.

Brothers; at minute 19 you go into seventh-day Adventist mental gymnastics. That is where we as SDA tend to change the rules. Not saying we’re for sure wrong but we need to look hard at that and we need to believe the word and take it literally.

The SDA propensity to “spiritualizing” the word of God is a huge weakness. The word says mark and you need to believe it. You may get the mark for observing Sabbath but that doesn’t make sabbath observance the mark. Clearly there is some mechanism for differentiating Christs followers.

I have been a Seventh day Adventist for 37 years and have never really studied the Trinity. What is disappointing to me is the attitudes on both sides is argumentative and arrogant!! Our early church pioneers would study the Bible and prayer and seek love and unity. If there was disagreement they would go home and study and pray. They would then come back together to further discuss and ask for God to make it clear to them in the spirit of unity and love. God would make it clear to them. Why isn’t this happening today???

Why do we want more light about the mark of the beast? We know it is coming when it comes. We know that God is sovereign over all, so we can be satisfied with what God tells us in His word. We see silly people jumping to conclusions about what the mark is. We will most likely not know what it is until it comes, so what is important now? Live as children of light, be pleasing to the Lord, walk by faith and not sight, occupy until He comes, and fix our hope on our Lord and His coming kingdom.

As well, you left out some serious scripture details about this mark/event. 🤔 which for me, creates caution toward the deliverer. Many teachers do this to try to make the Bible fit their own narrative that they’re trying to make. That’s very dangerous. The verses you ignored are clear - it will involve a choice that is not only clear to you and God, but to every other soul and governing party on this planet. Or sell anything without this clear adopting of such “mark”. There will be nothing unclear, vague or innocuous about it. This “Mark” if you accept it will instantly and permanently close any door to God and chance for salvation. It will not be a waffling of thoughts and actions that you can just repent of should you turn to Christ. The Mark, if taken is definite. It will be very clear. And will separate those who won’t take it far worse than we recently saw during the last pandemic, toward those who weren’t doing as told. If you want to save your soul, now is the time. And Jesus is the only road. To refuse this Mark when enforced will be a rough, tortured road. People will do it. And be saved. But it will be very very hard. The days are shortening.
