The headstrap is basically the same as the quest 2 one and if you want to play over an hour per session I reccomend a 3rd party elite strap due to the default strap being uncomfortable after about an hour of gaming.

Dont buy the meta official headstrap, there are cheaper ones that are more comfortable and better quality. Kiwi design had good ones for my quest 2 but basically any brad you see usually has better headstraps than Meta does.
