Solomon Foster

Like most young Jewish men before him, Solomon aspires to the kind of urban cowboy aesthetic best exemplified by Nathaniel Rateliff. Unfortunately, he cannot grow a beard. His obsession with alternative country and Americana music has lead him to a style rooted in folk that nevertheless feels authentic to someone admittedly raised in Brookline, MA.

Solomon's sophomore effort, In A Dry Season, features a return to an organic set of sounds led by engineer Nate Mendelsohn (Frankie Cosmos, Dougie Poole) and tracked mostly live at Figure 8 Recording. It is due out in January of 2025.
