I'm Arab. In my country, we use this sometimes to disown someone's behavior as being strange or foreign to us, not them, as in nationality (because in the video it's pretty obvious the boss was talking in Saudi dialect, i don't think it was hard for the costumer to acknowledge that). Although we use it in other other reasons sometimes like you thought, I don't think it was the case here, I'm not Saudi, so I might be wrong due to a small difference in culture, but I'm pretty sure he didn't mean bad.

@@ydel1234 I live in UAE and It's the same here So I agree with Noah If he not saudi usually he will said the same Idk but in general these type of behavior is not coming from Muslim back ground or Arab back sometimes I have never met a Lebanese or an Iraqi or from Morocco and Algeria who behave like this (sry I didn't met a Tunisian before) So I will be shocked too and will not believe him if he said he from these countries (again because this not their manners)

@ydel1234 If he said yes, then most likely, the customer will say you should be ashamed of your behavior when you are from this 'said country' because this countries people are mostly good or never heard about such behaviors from them something like that just because it's an unlikely for us see or do so harshly, so openly, so vulgarly.., it's just like a saying and ready sentences that everyone say while angry, just like in English they say "who raised you? ...etc.
