I had a new Defender 110, but purchased it when having a Range Rover Autobiography as our daily driver. Our overland/tourer is a super capable, very well modded (including supercharged) 2019 4Runner TRD Off Road, that remains our dedicated remote overlander. This being said, it left us with no real use for the Defender. It was never going to be as off road capable as our overland built 4Runner, and we had no need for another daily SUV, so we got rid of it after 8 months. Unfortunately I have nothing bad to say about the Defender, personally. It was fun for rallying lol, but it just didn't meet the needs we have for that type of vehicle (remote overland/touring),is all. I'd buy one again, in a different situation!

Hello, the spring suspensions of your new Defender, are they as comfortable as the pneumatic suspension? I want to compare a Defender and I think the spring suspension will be more reliable. but I don't know if it is as effective as pneumatics. Greetings

What's not to like, its a 101! Nicest land rover driving position of all from that era, except maybe the two door range rover. I've got front seats from a 80's range rover in my 101, so the best of both world's 😄

That last winch was risky, dangerous and poor practice.. You are supposed to keep the line full tension, and not tug, loose, tug, loose, tug, loose.. You risk snapping your line, doing damage, or injuries.. I learned that at an off road driving training school in Australia Either way, cool video!

Great content! Love the old 110 on skinny KM2s, it provides a good comparison with newer D110s which seem to be extremely capable. Kudos to all the guys wheeling in their RRCs and NAS Defender 90s

Interesting,,,, I was looking forward the new defender in 2019 it was my top choice for my new rig,,,, Unfortunately I was very disappointed of the newer model,,,, love it for urban environment and overlanding,,, but not for pure off-roading,,, the new defender is very hard SUV to customize like changing bumper adding winch adding bigger tire 35,37 ,,,, I wish they have keep more of the heritage of the old defender,,,,,, I decide to buy a Bronco Wow Ford did not disappoint for real off-roading and customization,,,, maybe the next generation of Defender will be more like the Bronco,, for customization ,,,,,, I am glad you guy take the New defender and Bring to the next level for off-roading ,,,,, I hope I see you in the trail,,, doing gnarly stuff,,,,,
