As you said it’s good to move in silence. Nevertheless, keep in mind your friend. Move in silence when you do not need help or when the thing you are doing cannot help others. Driving licence can be done in silence but maybe a trip can be shared as by saying to others you can maybe gain company. Again, mystery it’s good but too much it’s detaching from the healthy vibe of people. At the end, we are social animals. Love you xx

Always need to take a step back from socials and take that break. I tend to take pictures throughout the day and then post on my stories when I’m sat chilling on my phone in the evening. Better than doing it all in that moment. Always nice to be in the moment in life 🫶🏻
