I feel like people who build bigger trees on sidewalks can turn a street into the definition of an avenue

Airjitzu is the first big set i bought when i got back into Lego in 2017. In fact i bought 9 more when they went on clearance for about $120 at my Lego store. It's a beautiful set and i wish they'd do more in the same style

Nice. Been actually considering floating the modulars. Put bricks or plates on a baseplate and put the modular right on top. Not fixed then like yours but still easy. Mocs i may do mils like. But already finished modulars i feel such a way is easier.

I really want to build a mountain in current project. Achieving consistent, yet unique mountain terrain intimidates me lol

I really love how this doesn't look like just bricks. This looks like a lived in city.

Tyvm. I'm in the process of train track on the floor around a small cabinet, city on the cabinet 80 studs deep. And, all under an IKEA junior medical sleep bed. So, heaps of planning

Pretty similar. I use graph paper to plan. Struggling that train line in and how to use the space but also give my daughter the ability to play. Actually going back to a narrower table to allow her to do so and use your u shape idea also in our room.

Hey Mr bookie boo extra love Chanel thinking bout starting my city this year.. could show how to make a lego moc model tunnel for lego train.??
@petermaris96972 ай бұрын
Interesting with the complete raised city. I also have 3 plates or 3,5. But the train track is so frustrating 😂. It eats up space. Only your options for a train station become narrow as your on single plate with 2 or 1 track on it. Choices...😂

This is really cool! I have just started experimenting with lights in my current project. It really makes it come to life and gives it a different perspective. Nice job! 💕🇨🇦
@johnvanmaanen79972 ай бұрын
If you use a small mirror the effect of the mine or holes looks longer/deeper and can give a great effect. You use one light but looks like more. Its also great when the mountan is build against the wall, its giving a deeper effect.

the back of the tunnel would be so much cooler if you put a mirror at the end would look twice as long also

I just got some lego road. Not the new lego road but older style lego road. How can I incorporate it into my city? Right now i have a building thats uneven because of the lego road. How could i fix this?
@MrBookieboo2 ай бұрын
Which building do you have? The modulars should be a perfect fit with the old road plates. If it’s a system-scale building I’m guessing it is on a regular baseplate?

I'm digging the new mountain! The caves also give it even more depth, which is always better imo. The one on the side could be an old mine with a keep out sign. Or a bear cave/mountain lion. Im originally from Nevada, and we have mountain goats and big horn sheep, ao something like that could be cool since they can climb cliffs. We also have a bunch of ski resorts, so a gondola coming down from the top could be fun, too. I hope my ideas help, cheers!
