Lol. $57m and according to Zillow, the property taxes are $38k/mo and insurance is $20k/mo. Thats a mere $700/k annually before utilities, maintenance, maids, lawncare, and pool. Figure another $500k up front minimum to rip out all of the tacky decor, fake art, and ugly lighting. An awesome dock though, but I suspect this house will always be for sale.

Wow, this house is absolutely stunning! The attention to detail is incredible, from the grand foyer to the outdoor entertainment areas. It's a dream home! I'm especially impressed with the wine cellars and movie theater.

That’s beautiful but the taxes on that plus the light and water bill are a separate mortgage, not to mention the 9% interest rate and the minimum 20% down payment. Ouchhhhh

most likely it will be a trophy property of someone who will visit a few times a year, maybe. And they simply don't care about mortgages and interest rates. they pay cash and they have more than they can ever spend.
