HI, do you really think someone CAN LEARN SOMETHING from your video ?. I mean, NO EXPLANATIONS about what you are doing and besides at a SO HIGH SPEED that barely allow to watch (not even think of FOLLOW) your performance !. SOMETHING LIKE THAT IS TOTALLY *USELESS* AND A WASTE OF TIME FOR SOME WHO ARE INTERESTED IN LEARN SOMETHING FROM SUCH A VIDEO !.

For a uhpc build you do take very light cuts, isn't the machine rigid enough to do 6mm doc,. 40% tool engagement with adaptive clearing or something similar?

Of course it is rigid enough for higher chip volume. This was just a test for checking motion, wiring and so on

how does UHPC compares with epoxy granite with accuracy?

I don't see a difference here. Especially because you should not rely on the basematerial when it comes to precision. The steel strips are crucial for that because you should machine them afterwards for high accuracy

@@kollabierer8006 Actually base material is extremely important when it comes to ultra precision CNC machines. If you want nanometer precision, either epoxy or UHPC will do the job (Much better than cast iron beds). I wasn't sure if either one or another was better, after doing much research, it seems both types are used by professional companies who's CNC holds nanometer tolerances. But in the context between those two base materials, I agree, there are no differences. I also agree, the steel strips are crucial.

So have you used metal shavings in the concrete mix? If yes, what size? Have you reinforced it with steel bars ir aluminium? Looks nice, I wish that the video would have been longer. Well done

What kind of "metal shavings" do you mean? in fact when working with UHPC for Machine Beds, reinforcing the concrete with steel bars like in civil engineering makes no sense. Background is that these reinforcements only function when the concrete starts to break. But f this is the case, the structure is already damaged and you can not use the Bed anymore. So only thing which is included are “nuts and bolts” for fixture etc.

Nice but are the wheels strong enough? On my betonia only one wheel can handle 450kg and the table with the Sides alone weights around 600kg. 😊

So far yes ;) The used Wheels are also made for 450kg per Wheel and according to my calculations the raw UHPC Body "only" weighs about 250kg and the total will add up to around 400kg
