Everytime I watch this movie, I can't help but wonder: Why did they dress Yvonne DeCarlo in a "not tailor fitted" loose shirt and short waisted vest, with high waisted jeans, plus the Camera is said to add 10lbs. This created an effect that made her look "extremely short waisted" and about 20lbs overweight. Having her hair short, next to never found in the era depicted, this too influenced a fuller look. These effects, together with her her role calling for the emotional reactions and her march-gate resulted in a most unflattering appearance and effect. Yvonne DeCarlo was a really attractive woman, but all have the options that offer flattering enhancements. I'm surprised by the Production Director allowing this to get by, and wonder what DeCarlo herself thought of resulting effects. This lady put up with an overwhelming amount if Sexual Abuse and Musconduct out of the Hollywood Men in Power and she had worked all her life in oreparation fir the stage, in dance and voice. I hope she had some Wonderful experiences to enjoy for all her efforts. May she enjoy most Positive Energies wherever her Soul Journeys today. ✨⭐✨ Best Thoughts ...
