Where does the cable labeled 'PCI-E' go? Mine was put together already but said some wires may or may not be unplugged. Apparently one was, it's a 3/3 one and literally cant find which little attena thingy's to put it on.

I bought one once. It was a mistake. I had a bad RAM slot on the motherboard and sent it in to be fixed at their shop. It never got fixed after 4 trips back and forth. Worst company ever. Would have had a better experience if I had gotten a Compaq....

I just bought one. I had to do a clean install of windows tight away. Lots of corrupt files. But since then its been great.

Anyone out there getting a pre-built iBP, Just be wary of iBuyPower aio, seems to be one of the biggest and common issues associated with these computers. Luckily mine wasn't as bad as others as I had my pre-built for 4 years, but it seems like they cheapened out on the cooler. And you know what that means when they cheapened out. It means that your CPU Temps are going to be averaging 80-90+ Celsius in gaming. If you were to buy this pre-built, I would advise you all to get a an alternative liquid cooler and some thermal paste. Don't make the same mistake like me and many others did at the time. Otherwise steer clear of this pre-built or be prepared to invest some better parts to it.

I have bought twice ibuypower (plus one from for my brother) no issues at all. I have seen people connecting their monitor to the motherboard, others not switching the PSU on, not connecting the antennas, etc guess those are the ones that post negative stuff about these PCs

I just bought my second ibuypower no complaints at all. I'm guessing that people like me that have no issues are not as vocal as the ones that have problems. You are right the airflow could be improved a bit (and on that regard you have your PC on a corner of the room?)

i have some questions about the ibuypower pcs. first of all i cant find anywhere an answer to my question about a processor. is the 13700k better than the 1370kf or is it switched? and second, do i have to have antennas to connect to wifi or is it built into the motherboard? I have many questions and i am kind of skeptical about the buying process and the website itself. Can someone please answer my questions and help me since the website ibuypower won't.

No airflow and a very cheap power supply and RAM. iBuypower isn't that bad but I would recommend other sites like Build Pro PC. They have a system for only $1000 with an R5 5600x and an RTX 2060.

I've not had mine for very long and it was a very expensive model. It's not been pushed hard at all. AIO died and started thermal throttling. While I was pissed, that can happen to anyone. Overall, I love mine and don't regret it one bit.

the beef I got is the oneI bought had a Hard disc drive that should have been a red flag for me but I bought it anyway 😬😵‍💫 good thing it also came with a 500 gb ssd performance unfortunately has been sketchy so far I’m here verify that I might have made a mistake buying it it’s a AMD 5600x with a regular Rtx 3060 16 gigs ram oh and it struggles to play older games like ats and ets2 or 7 days to die

Bought the same PC. Worst case ever. The front and rear fans are controlled by some controller on the back that is at a static slow speed and not by the smart fan control PWM in BIOS. The 10700k thermal throttled constantly. I added two 120mm fans to the top of the case and replaced a bad fan on the AIO and it only brought the temps down enough so the PC would not thermal throttle, but only just. Ended up moving all the components to a new case, bought a much better AIO, and now temps are perfect. For anyone watching this, I'm a verified buyer. The components themselves are good (GPU, CPU, Ram, etc) but the fans and the case are trash. Buy something else.

I bought one 2 years ago and it works beautifully. I just have been noticing that the fan in the back has started to make a noise and was advised to replace the fan to fix that problem. Hopefully it does. Otherwise great beginner PC to buy.
