I'm thankful i went to therapy 7 months ago and actually listen and put the work in to start changing....the violent thoughts were getting too much to bear and now i have ways to deal with them when they come im able to not just react to a situation in a millisecond but give my brain a couple seconds to decide if its worth it to explode or if it just not ...... im a difficult person to deal with sometimes so i really have no friends

This is a loaded question! 2024 has been a landmark year for me, with so many mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual improvements. I am thankful for all of it. I have surrounded myself with positive people who have made strides with their own wellness and serve as inspirations and motivators. Getting to know people like you is a real blessing. I am thankful for three new meds, on top of the one that kick-started this wellness journey in 2023. I am thankful for losing 70 pounds so far, and I have plans to lose many, many more. I am thankful for having an understanding boss at work. I am thankful for being able to go back to college.

Brandon, I'm old enough to be your dad. It's so kind of you to ask how we're doing. It's different every day. Today has been an unproductive day. I really want to get back on track tomorrow, but my pharmacy has not refilled a med, and I will be going without it tomorrow and for the foreseeable future. It's not life-threatening, but still, it makes me wonder how things in my head will function.

Staci makes awesome products, she is revamping the butter, to me pineapple pullout was very strong in the bacon profile, the pineapple was there but I got way more of the bacon from it!
