Hi, thank you so much for this tutorial, it was very helpful and i will definitely try this. I was waiting for a tutorial like this for many years and now I’m finally confident enough to try! I was just wondering if i can proceed with real hair? Is the process same as with synthetic hair?

Why not use a sewing machine for the headband? Would the stitch be too tight?
@Vivianbeautyandstyle15 күн бұрын
You can sew the headband to the wig cap using a zizag stitch on a sewing machine

Oh Vivian, what a creative angel you are! I have been googling for instructions on how to do this for what seems like forever. All I ever found before used two wafting/weaving? sticks and clamps etc. which made the whole procedure too expensive for my budget. You have shown me exactly every detail I needed to know AND I have all the 'tools' that you mention at home. God Bless, you are a treasure and thank you from the bottom of my heart. As I age my hair is getting thinner so this video will be life changing for me ♥♥♥

cut 2 inches of a drinking straw and put on the toes of your sewing foot, the hair won't go over the sewing foot. 😉👍🏾 so you can sew faster.

Does this help stop the hair from going down into the machine and getting wound up in the bobbin?
@samuelaroberts76002 күн бұрын
@mysticalgraveknocker9464 no. for that you need a sewing machine needlplate with a hole in this is what you find on vintage sewing machines . vintage sewing machines are the best choice for sewing hair. modern sewing machine have a oval opening .
