Neat but resembles more of a specialist doctor's office like dermatologist or oncologist office rather than a home. Functional floor plans are yet to hit the Kenyan real estate market but I am sure with time they will arrive.

Properly done floor baseboards. It'd create continuity if the floor baseboards matched colors with the window casing and door frames. From the look at bathroom shower cubicles, i see quick pitch technology for shower drainage has yet to reach Kenya
