It's called harassment. Violating peoples peace and personal space. The trains are not an entertainment venue. It's NYC. There are plenty of clubs and venues if you have the talent to make it. And I am a native New Yorker.

With constant commercial advertising on government and private properties the amount raised should reduce property taxes along with rents.

You are absolutely right! I couldn’t agree more. And the fact that the MTA budget is nearly $20 billion a year for a sub-standard service is even more frustrating. They complain the MTA doesn’t have enough funds to provide a better service, imagine that! Only God knows where the tax money is allocated.
