IMO, Streets of Rage 2 is the best beat em' up on the Sega Genesis, and something I particularly enjoy playing on Sega Genesis Classics for Nintendo Switch. IMO, the SNES' best beat-em-up is Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles IV: Turtles in Time, and I can also play that on the Switch thanks to Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Cowabunga Collection.

Whoever made this hack was clearly inspired by Pseudo Sonic, the episode where Sonic swells up like a balloon (though this was from a reaction to poison flowers).

My first introduction to this game after 18 years (last played in 2006~) and to this mod is SpongeBob running to the pool and dying of suffocation over and over. I rate this video 5/5 stars would watch again

Yeah some polishing would be nice, but not bad for being a first mod. Patrick over Tails and Squidward over Knuckles would be cool too, but I know those characters require more work compared to Sonic.

You Forgot to mention that You can't play as Tails alone since is doesn't let you

You technically can play as Tails when you press start on Sound Test and select 1 Player. But yeah, when you select it on Player Select in the Options it plays a buzzer sound which means you can't play as him through there.

Speaking of Sonic 2 XL, I managed to create an AU Sonic where he was born fat. Which he is named XL Sonic. Though for some reason In todays world, the developers in these Roblox games Pulse Rp (which is is basically Sonic Pulse Rp but the name was changed earlier on) & TPP (The Pony Project) don’t specifically allow fatty or THICC fanbase OC’s and main originals either. I guess how I find Roblox developers not preferring specific stuff like that I find amusing. Cause half of the games I find on search are brain rot games like ‘fat race’ simulator & of similar kinds. Just to show how Roblox was ruined with a snap of their fingers.
