How do you submit and start a investigation when Amazon asks for invoices of the units that are missing when you only have one invoice for example for a bulk shipment? I just need to know what I should tell Amazon because that's what they are asking.

Scamazon is filled with false and biased reviews. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve purchased a product based on these reviews, only to return it due to poor quality or hidden defects. Guidelines and regulations regarding reviews mean nothing in my experience.

I sent 100 units of product in 5 cartons to Amazon and the shipping company gave me 1 tracking ID for 5 cartons. But Amazon is taking my Trekking ID for 1 cartoon but not for other 4 cartoons. What can I do about it?

Sounds like the shipment was setup as cartons, but you shipped it was a pallet. So amazon isn't seeing a unique tracking code per each carton, since you shipper only gave you the one. Has it arrived to amazon yet?

I have a product that i started selling then after 6 weeks amazon flagged it as hazardous. I have turned in my sds and been approved for hazardous material. do i need to relist the product in order to get more shipping labels so I can ship more product .

Once Amazon has flagged your product as hazardous and you've gone through the process of submitting your Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and receiving approval, you generally should not need to relist the product entirely. However, there are a few steps you may need to take to ensure that you can generate new shipping labels for your inventory: Steps to Take: Check the Product Status: Go to your Seller Central account and check if the product is still listed as "inactive" or flagged in any way. If it is active and the hazardous material (HazMat) review has cleared, you should be able to create new shipping labels without relisting. Confirm Approval: Ensure that Amazon has fully approved the product for HazMat storage and shipping through Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA). Sometimes there can be a delay between approval and the product becoming eligible for new shipments. Recreate Shipping Plan: If you still cannot generate shipping labels, create a new shipping plan within Seller Central for that specific product. Go to Inventory > Manage FBA Shipments, and follow the process to create a shipment for that product. Ensure Compliance: Double-check that all the required compliance labels, such as HazMat labels, are properly applied to your product's packaging in accordance with Amazon’s guidelines for hazardous materials. Update Listing if Necessary: If the product listing was temporarily deactivated during the HazMat review, but you can’t generate shipping labels, you might need to reactivate the listing. Go to Manage Inventory in Seller Central, find the listing, and ensure it is set to Active. If You Need to Relist: In rare cases, if the product was removed or delisted during the HazMat review process and Amazon hasn’t reactivated it, you may need to relist the product. However, this is usually unnecessary if Amazon has already approved the SDS and the listing has been cleared for HazMat fulfillment. Once your listing is active and approved, you should be able to create new shipping labels and send more stock to Amazon FBA without issue.

@marketplacevalet thank you for your help. after I sent in sds they started selling my remaining product apparently some of it needs to be shipped to other warehouses. i got an email about being approved for hazardous materials with 10 and 5 cubic feet of space so i believe that good . I'll try redoing the shipping plan . maybe I need to make some changes in the shipping plan .

Oh great question, I'm thinking I will add this topic to the list of videos to create. Best advice is to reiterate Amazon's Review Policies in your reply, stating how your policy is to adhere to these rules and that you would not participate in the forbidden activities related to review manipulation.

How do we direct a customer to contact Amazon when they message us? There is no phone number and only a chat bot. The chat bot is only accessed through the buyers account and thus there is no direct link?

You apply in Seller Central and they either approve or deny you. Sometimes there is an option to appeal by providing Invoices or other documentations in an appeal. Could you send screen shots of the denial?

If you are running an automatic campaign, and the particular keyword that you like isn't performing as expected, you could make it a Negative keyword in that automatic campaign, and then move it into its own campaign for further testing. In the new campaign for that term, you can test lower bids or manage the budget tighter until you see the results you are looking for, or no. This way, you don't have to make campaign level changes to your autocampaign

Great question. Short answer, wait for reviews, assuming that you have a plan to capture orders at the beginning. If possible, use Amazon's VINE program to get the verified reviews. Otherwise, if you discount the product too much at the beginning, amazon won't show those early reviews as "verified". Reviews will absolutely help improve click through rate and likeliness of a conversion once traffic hits the listing. So your ppc spend will be more efficiently put to work when you do already have some reviews.

Hey Vanessa, if it is your own brand, you may be eligible for an exemption, meaning that you would not have to provide a UPC code for your particular product! They may change that rule in the future, but for now its possible
