@@Beaniewarmer23 some pizzas in Italy actually don’t include cheese. I think it was called a marinara pizza, and it was literally just bread and cheese. Interesting idea I guess. Although I do agree with you that cheese is more of a requirement than a choice

I would not recommend working out 6-7 days a week. High volume low intensity is a bad approach. High intensity, low volume is a better approach. Working out once every 72 hours, but NEVER the same body part. Low Volume is so that your muscles dont hit a wall as quick with many exercises, and high intensity to send the muscle building signal to your brain. It is very easy to over train with high volume. You may see progress with high volume, but not as much as you could be if you did less sets BUT as intense. When you do too much volume, it breaks the muscle more than it repairs. High intensity, low volume ONLY works if you train to complete FAILURE in a exercise from 6-12 reps. The only body part that requires more reps are the legs going 12-22. One more thing is, it is better to start of workouts with higher intensity with incline bench, or a bench rather than flies. I learnt most of my knowledge from Mike Mentzer and have been training for 2-3 years.

I don’t wanna get into it too much as it was more of a passing comment than an active criticism, but South Africa has had its issues I think it’s fair to say. As an Australian living in Queensland (aka the Sunshine state), can confirm a large majority of people are extremely friendly and relaxed especially people living in beach towns like Noosa or Mooloolaba. Would definitely recommend coming over during early January if you’re in the mood to go to the beach.
