It's a realy bad lock. I tried two, because i thought that the first one is malfunctioning, but it turned out that this locks simply don't work at all. Totaly unreliable, our apartment was mostly unlocked all the time.Yust an expensive toy. Dont buy it!

Hello, you just need to download the app, and do first time registration as a user, then go through the steps and enter panel's MAC, that will create account. If you are a By Demes client, please contact to [email protected] to get assistance on the matter. Regards.
