"I can write for an orchestra but I can't read it back". (I was a sixties scoop victim but I was born in 1941!) How the heck did it take 60 years to realize this person was a fraud and scam artist? And such a grandiose narcissist. She credits her off-key singing to being better than everyone else? She wasn't off-key, she was just able to incorporate ethnic music scales. And did she seriously say that its the people who have "no natural talent" that need to learn to read music? I have heard her compare herself to Einstein. And the only reason she wasn't as famous as Madonna and Michael Jackson was she was blacklisted. She was soooooo important that the president called all the radio stations and told them not to play her music, (because of the song Universal Soldier but they let Donovan play and record it). No Buffy you sounded awful and they didn't want off-key singers on the radio. Especially ones with a goat vibrato. Buffy you are the one with no natural talent and I guess that's why you needed the gimmick of pretending to be an Indian.

I used to love them, but after seeing them so many times in the last few tours I realized I preferred bands that were playing in the moment, that changed the setlist, that werent robots. I dont know how U2 got this way. In the IED recordings there is a click track with every verse, chord change, count in, etc... its it was like the opposite of the man behind the curtain. Theres a moment in this doc where the fan says you never know what you're going to get, its always different? What band is he watching. Look at the setlist stats of the last few tours. So they swap Gloria with Elec Co.... Big deal. I listened to every single show on the 2015 tour, and I could almost recite the show from start the finish.

Allan McLeod is driven by greed. Didn't this guy embezzle millions of dollars from a company he was supposed to managing for the poorest communities in Manitoba? What a disgrace to the AAW.

Whoever was the director and editor you did an amazing job. I usually do not watch these types of docs but it pulled me and gave a gamut of the feelings and emotions that one wants when they go to this type of medium. So yeah, great work. Mark, That dream you speak of is all around you!

i’ve stumbled on this 12 years after being posted with only 3 other comments. I got here because when i did a lot of research on my sleep issues. When i try to fall asleep every night, my hypnagogic hallucinations are what stop me from getting rest. They feel like forever. and it’s just so much anxiety that weighs down on me. I’m in almost like a sleep paralysis state when this happens. I’m aware of my surroundings but i can’t wake myself up. and the thoughts that go through my mind are just so much more vivid and real than life itself and this gives me panic attacks! (keep in mind i’m still sleeping while having these panic attacks ; also conscious that i’m “sleeping” but i feel awake. I have to subconsciously tell myself to wake up over and over until i finally do. This leaves me with no rest at all and makes me not even want to try and sleep; hence why i’m writing this at 4 am. Idk i feel so alone and like this probably won’t make sense to anyone else but hopefully someone understands 😅

You make perfect sense but there is no need to suffer, you are sitting on a gold mine! Sleep paralysis is the gateway to the most immense bliss if you know how to use it properly. I made a few videos on my channel on it and will make some more soon too kzbin.info

So this is how u2 works. I’ve always thought they were alright but have never been that interested but lately really started learning abit more about them and I’ve found people hate them (I don’t really know why surely not coz Bono helps Africans that are starving coz that’s a weird thing to hate someone for) or they really love them I just think there a great band with great fucking songs!.... but this u2 mans girlfriend is an angel! What a beautiful quirky interesting women, with a cool voice! What a women!! And she’s got a bob Marley t shirt on!

Bono has brought the message of Jesus out of and into so many of us! He is a messenger like so many others before him and after of the greatest themes known to man. Hope Charity Love and more! It brought a tear to my eye to see they way he inspired you! It brought another tear to my eye how you still had joy in your heart after the Pittsburgh show, especially focusing on the couple and the little boy and what that moment meant to them over you! That’s what being a warrior of Jesus is all about, selflessness. Selflessness in music? Selflessness in rock and roll? That is u2!
