What if the sun tunnel tobe is too long? Wish youd have covered that. Im sure my homeowner will make install site more difficult 😆

Also the shingles are cut way to wide around sun tunnel flange. Velux if youd like you should hire me as a consultant.

He has 1 too many shingles underneath. The flange shouldn't protrude past the course it covers. Looks goofy. 26 year quality minded roofer

I have an older solar shade. When I try to open it it cycles open and shut then opens. Sometimes the remote isn't able to control it. I've replaced the batteries in the control. Shade doesn't seem to communicate with controller when we want it to be partially open. Put in refurbished battery a couple of years ago. Have older model.

Just having three of these VELUX solar tubes installed in our house I can safely say it was the biggest disappointment I've ever experienced in anticipated additional lightening that in fact never happened. They look more like a circular fluorescent ceiling fixture that's not working properly.

Hi, 3:40 setting up a master remote. Do you need to you need to reset and set up all individually again before adding to master switch? Previously I have a remote set up to operate windows A+B as a pair. Window B has recently had motor replaced. I want to add window B back on to the master remote without losing control of windows A, C, D, E. Thanks for your help.
