@tasveertraveller but from Airport immigration passport stamp is mandatory for entry-exit permission stamp from both Kathmandu and Delhi. But we no need to fill arrival & departure form also for stamp??Someone said to me about land immigration if we request them they will easily stamp and we have not any issues in land immigration to Stamp our Nepali passport. Passport is valid everywhere in the world and that is valid in India also and passport will easily stamp by land border immigration. If we do request nicely & we say to officer please stamp in my passport. I think they will stamp. One thing is this if we go to India by land border & after that we want to come back India by Flight Air. If our passport is not stamped. We not allowed to come Nepal by flight & faci g different problems and additional information in Airport to come Nepal. That's why, if we carry passport to India going from land stamp is not necessary, but if we stamp that is better for us. I think if we request immigration officers they will easily stamp by not any issues with us. Passport is valid everywhere & Airport and land both immigration will easily stamp.
