Nope. We have model WW90T684DLH and the water hardness options does not appear in this menu list… The first option on this model is Prewash! Make your menu system easier. You know it is poor when a Google search cannot for where to set this!!!!

Hello from Germany. I have the exact same models. Had to stack them like in the video. Both are integrated in the smart things app. I enabled the auto cycle link but it does not work... the dryer always shows the first programme no matter which programme I used in the washer. Is there any trick I am not aware of? Would be really grateful for some advise! Thanks in advance

Hey yeah, actually it started to work. I have a new router so maybe the devices could not communicate with the old one BUT I also found u have to have the filter cleaned before you switch on the dryer... so basically clean it after u used it and not straight before the next use because this actually caused a notification in the dryer display to remove the filter and clean it, which obviously blocked the cycle link notification... it just shows straight after switching on the dryer ... u need to confirm the programme and if u don't do that within the time the cycle link message shows it s gone ... hope I could help with my essay here haha

Also tip: If AI feature does not work properly, clean the filters. Took me a while to realise this with my AI. I thought it was kind of broken.

I went for just the bespoke jet. Didn't think the AI and the cleaning dock being able to self close being worth an extra £600.

You say that you think that the expected lifespan of the washing machine is up to 10 years... well, I had the washing machine for 25 years, the only malfunction was the heater, which was replaced 3 times. but of course, it wasn't Samsung, but Gorenje, which you've probably never heard of, and it was an excellent European, Slovenian brand, unfortunately now sold to Hisense. And yes, it had a brushless motor, and it was not an inverter, but it was still completely silent.

agree with the other commenter. its a shame we dont have this extra battery for the usa variants. the newer battery is also out of stock/backordered until at least december and at a cost, according to samsung encompass rep, of over $312 dollars.

wtf...seriously? Just bought the ai model and hit this link searching for batteries. I realize that Li batteries aren't cheap, but neither is the vacuum. It should come with an extra battery for the price, or at a minimum not gouge us for the spare.

@Matt-ty5bp that's what the rep told me. That's MSRP so maybe if /when amazon/3rd parties gets them in stock perhaps they may do a lower price

1:45 this is not correct at least for the US version of the Jet AI. I bought the VCA-SBTA95/AA version. Even though this model battery fits on the vacuum and charges, the vacuum refuses to run. It displays "Use compatible battery" on the screen.

Really bummed it only came with 1battery and that my old bespoke batteries won't work in the AI model. Also can't find the new batteries anywhere. Any idea when these will be a available in the US? Any chance there will be a software update to allow bespoke non ai batteries to work?

I called samsung parts (encompass) and the new battery is backordered. I was told to reach out at the end of november 2023 to check status. the battery is a bit over $300 dollars.

@@marctronixx thanks for the update. Man, that's really expensive and annoying that other countries get 2 batteries but the US model only gets 1.

agree. aslo the accessory stand they stopped selling. i ended up buying a new old stock from ebay from an aussie samsung distributor for 105 dollars all in. i wanted to have a standby battery as sen in this video but the standard batteries samsung sell right now are not compatible with the jet ai vacuum. so i returned the battery. also the beefier battery we have with the jet ai will not fit in the slot on the accessory stand, so i wasted money on buying a ac charger for the stand as well ( because you can charge the battery whilst its on the accessory stand). i do see here that there is a detached charging cradle for the beefier battery so maybe that will also be available once samsung release the battery for sale.i love the vacuum and the cleaning stand -- i was a major dyson fan for decades. i sold my v15 detect + to find the purchase of this and couldn't have been happier. its much more powerful than the dyson flagship model@@stevens1903

Totally agree. The OG Bespoke battery has the same specs and it's really annoying they nerfed it for the AI. I have the stand and noticed that the new one doesn't fit as well. Super annoying and could have been avoided. Not the most consumer friendly decisions. Maybe the US market just isn't a big focus for them regarding this item?! 🤷

In the US the bespoke models now only come with 1 battery. I'm also really bummed that my old bespoke jet batteries won't work in the AI. Not a consumer friendly move for Samsung, considering that the new batteries aren't available anywhere...

Es wäre total super, wenn es auch eine Vorführung in Deutscher Sprache geben würde. Ein Video, in dem alle Teile auch genau erklärt werden.
