I have ordered one, Keeping in mind that it is a Laser Projector and the Rating is high the 1500 tag makes sense. at least u don't have to compromise with Quality.

What is the green flashing around the edge of objects/people displayed on screen? Seems to be seen with quick movements.

Hello, thanks for the video! I just got my unit setup and it looks my aspect ratio, zoom and image shift are grayed out and can’t be changed. My image shift also does nothing. Do you know why this is?

sometimes on optoma projectors you cannot change zoom/shift/keystone etc, if game mode is enabled. not sure if that is the same for this projector.

I saw some rainbow effects. I hate it so much it's so distracting and makes me a little nauseous. I heard Epson has none compared to other brands.

@@danc9866 Looks like the rainbow effect is the shutter speeds from the camera conflicting with the projectors shutter speed. I dont think you'll see rainbow effects in person.

Not at all. It's because of the camera only.

@@thedazzlerrocks I bought it. Slight rainbow as it gets going. Still playing with settings and a grey screen. Overall not bad. Pretty steep price point.

All those connections are a waste if you have the projector up on the ceiling. Just my opinion.

If you are comparing with a full HD TV, yes it is good.

It is because of the camera only and I think its as of the reason that it was recorded in 60 frames. I am not noticing rainbow issues in actual view.

Of course it can. You can go upto 300 inches and it depends on the distance between the screen and the projector.

Thanks for uploading your impression. It ticks many important factors such as ST, laser, gaming features etc. I feel like there is only one factor that will put doubts on anyone's mind about buying this projector in its price category - it's not a 4k (i.e. pixel shifting to 4k) projector. It claims to take in 4k inputs. Do you see any difference in picture quality btn a 4k input and native 1080p on this projector? Does it look sharper in any way?

Thanks for watching the video. Basically this is a Full HD projector, I am not sure about the benefits of having 4K input. I will update to you once I check the difference in the quality between both inputs.

This isn't a pixel shifting projector, it's only 1080p, huge missed opportunity by Optoma.
