Hi there, thank you for your question! Yes, you'd have similar results. However, because of the coconut husk, it will not only take more muscles but time to crack open the coconut, and you'd have a lot more to clean up afterwards. Hope this helped :)

Passion fruit has sugar in it. Orange juice has sugar in it, and so does coconut water. So that is not sugar free.
