Question...for quite some time I've been asking GOD to speak to me in any way....like when you say.." GOD SAID TO DO THIS "....am I praying wrong ???? Because I've been praying to hear him....I've lost 20 something lbs in depression ....and GOD is all I seek....except tonight. I messed up and drank....surgery ( hip replacement )....I'm babbling now...

Yea I so get it! Sometime it's hard to hear God. My first question is how much time do you spend in your word? Often times we tend to over look God voice because we aren't familiar with it. 2nd, after you are done praying have you ever just been still ? Example when I am praying I say "Holy Spirit your servant is here and ready to listen. Download the wisdom, insight , and revelation I need to get through the day. Let your will be done in my life as it is written in heaven." 3rd, God speaks to us all in many ways and forms. For me, God will use nature as a was to communicate with and for other it maybe through numbers, music, writing, books, etc I really hope this helps! .
