i watched the Malcolm X documentary and i just now finished watching the Malcolm X movie by Denzel and man i feel so sorry for him , he was a brilliant man that was born in an era of Bigotry and hate that didn't deserve him . but am so happy for him completing his Islam by doing Pilgrim as a Muslim before getting assassinated

As many times as I have watched Malcolm X on DVD I always pop the DVD out at the end and not listen to the ending songs. But yesterday I walked away from the TV as the movie was ending and heard this song. I like it. lol Yep I am 69 years old and there is some rap that I do not mind and some that is so bad until it's embarrassing to the music industry, This is top shelf.

This is why the corporations stepped in to promote the garbage rap music today. Hip Hop songs like this was promoting too much consciousiness in the black communities.

The best part of this video is close to the end. when the older black guy takes the 40 ounce away from the g who keeps strutting back and forth. They get high off the land. Keep it pure and clean. No harmful chemicals so to speak. I can dig that.
