Thank you for the most normal and helpful packing video on this website lmao. If you have a minute, would you mind sharing the internal dimensions of the main compartment? Trying to decide if it's worth taking the plunge on this during their sale. How do you like the padding for longer carry? Heard some complaints of it digging in after a bit. Thanks in advance!
@thankyoumisterspell4 күн бұрын
I’m so glad you enjoyed the video, and found it helpful! Absolutely. The dimensions I’m getting are 19” tall. The backpack tapers a bit, it’s 9” at the base and 11.5” at the top. And then a depth of 5”

@@thankyoumisterspell much appreciated, man, thanks! Ordered one with the hope that it will work as a one bag for 10-12 days and as a (big) EDC while traveling, too. Hopefully the loadout fits!

The hub clip was free with preorders. I fold the hood back and it makes it much more accessible. Fold it back over if it rains . Good bag, but some very obvious improvements needed for v2.
@thankyoumisterspell11 күн бұрын
Guess I missed that preorder bonus somehow! Glad I got it, I wasn’t sure about the Hub stuff before and probably wouldn’t have bought any of it. Now that I’ve had the clip, I love the system. Yeah, folding the hood back definitely makes it easier! I’ll be posting a follow-up to this video soon now that I’ve had some time with the bag.

I hope you send it back to get the front repaired or replaced. I was looking for a decent sling that could fit my iPad Air, but it looks like it barely fits the iPad Mini.
@thankyoumisterspell25 күн бұрын
Yeah, already been in contact with Alpaka. Got a replacement on the way. Their customer service is fantastic. iPad Mini fits great with the pencil on, and with the pencil detached it’s more than a perfect fit. Definitely would not fit the Air though. Alpaka’s Go Sling fits up to an iPad Pro. Might be worth a look!

I really appreciate this video! I recently bought an H1N and went to do my first field recording in a forest yesterday. It's great for close-up sound sources but it absolutely sucks when it comes to distant sounds (like birds). These 272 sound like the perfect combo! I just ordered mine from the Netherlands since Micbooster won't ship to Mexico :(. Anyway... Thanks for your video mate! / ¡Muchas gracias!

How is this microphone for recording music? Can you upload a video of it to the channel?

Thanks for the A/B comparison, that sold them for me! Do you know if the casing can be temporarily removed so that just the EM272 capsules can be used? Looking to try a bit of binaural recording with just capsules, but also want the clippy casing for general recording. Thanks!

Hey, maybe this is still relevant: you can remove them from the casing and put them inside silicone ears.

@TechInspected3 жыл бұрын
Hey there! So the H1n gives out 2.5v plug-in power while the EM272 suggests 3v or more. Is that too low or do you think its enough? Funny enough, I have a very similar setup but I can't for the life of me find my Zoom H1. I might have to shell out for the H1n. I have a stereo EM272 also (but mine are naked) and sony MDR-V6 which is literally the sister to your monitors. And if I could find my H1 it would be complete... lol. I have mine on a dummy head with silicone ears its almost perfectly ready for binaural recording. =)

I can only speak for myself, but I have some experience in music (since I have played guitar for 25 years), but just recently got interested in electronic music and bought this synth. There is something inspiring about it I cannot fully explain. It is NOT the one tape or other disantvantages that forces you to be creative. I think it is just plain fun and an extraordinary workflow. I can really recommend it and I am contemplating getting a field in some time.@@rrricardo5906
