What is your imaginary while listening this piece ? Mine : A old cottage , winds flowing , A dark afternoon , storms coming , raining and a man standing with a broken stings of violin . Its all happening but with a saddened silence !

Never in my life have I been so moved by a piece of music which so perfectly tells the story , brilliantly composed , but I wish it was never needed to be written at all .

Every time I listen to this music, I think of a nation that suffered a lot in the past due to genocide. But now, interestingly, this nation that suffered is committing genocide in Gaza and causing suffering

thats how a solo performance works. One soloist and an accompaniment like that. I'm a violinist myself and Schindler's List resonates with me as a really important piece. I can't play it without beautiful accompaniment because thats what it takes too.

@@kirbymiller2465 hi and thanks for that. Your description of a soloist to me says that with an accompaniment that person is playing the lead. A soloist in my eyes and they are very humbled eyes is playing the song alone with no other musician.

When I was in senior year in my high school it was a class you had to take to get your credit and it was Holocaust literature and we got to meet a Holocaust survivor and ask him questions We also watched movies such as Schindler's list, JoJo rabbit, and The pianist. In my sophomore year of high school we also had an English class where we read in the night (I think that's what it was called that story) right after we read To kill a mockingbird messed me up

played so incredibly beautifully 🥹. my grandfather was shot in his kitchen by the Nazis in World War II. for me and my family the song is something special.. you made it even more special. thank you for this incredible moment.🤗
