use a steamer for a few seconds over the paint and it will wipe right off -- worked for me!

I just went back to a house which I taped edges of skirtings and laid brown paper ,oilbased it once they had put this flooring down, pulled tape looked great now its 3months later floor has settled and left a white oilbase line all way around about 5mm away from skirts Farrrrk so now I'm trying to get it off soooo hard Never had a house settle this much looks bloody terrible
