What does 2sc,dec (4sc,dec) 2sc x5 mean?
@roxanesdesigns26 күн бұрын
Hi ! It should be 2sc, Dec (4sc, Dec)x5, 2sc It means that you should make : 1 single crochet (sc) in next stitch 1 sc in next stitch 1 decrease in the next stitch ( 1 sc in next stitch 1 sc in next stitch 1 sc in next stitch 1 sc in next stitch A decrease in next stitch ) repeat this 5 times 1 sc in next stitch 1 sc in next stitch Tell me if it is still not clear 🙂

I'm a bit confused about why when starting the egg white we need to make like 2 sc 1 inc? Is it okay if I just leave that out or will mit make any major difference

I followed the written pattern for the strawberry not problem, did the leaves to a tee and had to come to the video and still somehow, your circle is 3 times bigger and your leaves have two extra stitches so by the time i get to the HDC, DC, SKST, I’m at the end of the leaves and back to the circle. SOS lol

This is so so hard to follow, I repeated it 3 times

Made the cutest strawberry with this pattern!! The only critique I have is the leaf pattern on the screen isn’t exactly what you’re doing in the video. The last row should say (2sc, skip stitch, (in chain) 1dc, 1hdc, 4SC, 3SC in last stitch, 4sc, 1hdc, 1dc, skip stitch, 2sc) *5 -- I put the mistake in capital letters, it should be 4sc and then 3sc in the top (last) stitch rather than what it says (3sc and 4sc in last stitch). I didn’t end up downloading the written pattern but some other comments said it was confusing. Probably shouldn’t make this the first crochet project you ever do because it isn’t quite as in depth as others so it could potentially be challenging for an absolute beginner. Overall loved the video and the pattern though!!!
@leskiharn95973 ай бұрын
To summarize - the last row should say: (2sx, skip stitch, (in chain), 1dc, 1hdc, 4sc, 3sc in last stitch, 2sc) *5

Hi! This tutorial is amazing, And I love the pattern! Im just confused by the PDF, you can turn 56 stitches into 49 because you are decreasing by 7, and then 49 stitches into 42, since you are decreasing the count by 7 decreases, but it is impossible to turn 42 stitches into 36 like it says on your pattern, because again, the *7 means you are decreasing 7 times, and doing the other stitches 7 times, so by nature 42 -- 7 = 35. So you would end up with 35 stitches, not 36, you might have missed a decrease or made an extra stitch. So then as it goes on anything after the incorrect 36 is wrong. ❤❤❤

Hi! So the increases I did perfectly but when I was doing the decreases i have little holes all over and I’m not sure what I ended up doing wrong at the top:(
@roxanesdesigns5 ай бұрын
Oh I’m so sorry to hear that ! Do you know the invisible decrease technique ? (It’s when you work only on the front loop when decreasing, usually that’s how we avoid holes)

Hi there, these hooks are looking absolutely amazing ✨️✨️ when you sand the hooks, didn't the resin blur, like didn't you sand the clearness of the resin away?

Hello! What type of yarn did you use? Acrylic or wool ? I don't want it to be scratchy on the neck... Thanks :))
@roxanesdesigns7 ай бұрын
I personally used acrylic, but I think both acrylic and wool can be scratchy (or soft), so I think the best option is to feel the yarn at the store and take what feels soft 🙂

What yarn thickness do you usually use for your plushies? I want to try making a plushie for my best friend, but I have no idea where to start and yours look amazing!! :D
@roxanesdesigns7 ай бұрын
Hi ! For plushies I usually use bulky yarn ! I would recommend some chenille / blanket yarn to have this plush effect as well 🙂 you can have a look at the brand Hobbii and their yarns : Honey Bunny, Baby snuggle or Toucan, those are what I usually use 💕
