Im trying to fix up a Sekura snowblower myself, but the drive chain is missing, do you know what size chain i need for it? 🙂
@HjorleifurАй бұрын
Sorry but I'm not sure. I had to replace both sprockets, so I took the old ones to the store, bought the same size and a matching chain. I presume that if you measure the distance between the sprocket teeth, you can easily find out the chain type. I remember that it was a very common size. I'm not at the moment in the location of the blower, so I can't measure it for you.

Hi Oliver, John here and 2280J, are you going to adventure this year? I just saw your post. Did I tell you I miss my Kitfox😅 we live in Southport North Carolina now and I’m on my way to the airport to fly my RANS S-19 to Melbourne to visit son #2. Regards John

Hi John. Life here just good, as usual. I’m upgrading the Kitfox to 31” tires, to tackle the highlands here. Marvelous little airplane. You fly safe and enjoy your Rans.

Love Iceland Air and the 757. It was always a blast to spot the plane between 2500 and 3000 ft with this extreme thrust applied. Plus they always hand-flew from EDDL, otherwise they would have never ended up above our property regularly. Such a cool plane and the engines… dreamy. When you‘re beneath it and they give it full whack. Just insane…!

@@Hjorleifur You have a lot of it in Sweden and Norway. And I don't know myself because the Mf 35 seemed to me to have only 3 cylinder perkins. And I thought Mf 35 and Mf 135 only had 3 cylinder perkins. These perkins are known to us because they were in the Polish Ursus license. However, I want to buy such an Mf and I can see in the picture after the gearbox that it is the same as in the Mf 130. But the guy says it's a My 35 with a 4 cylinder Perkins. And one more question, you don't know if the Mf 130 MF 30 gearboxes can be fitted with a Perkins 3-cylinder engine if necessary?
