Question! First off wonderful exhaust note, second is there any drone at highway speeds? Between 60-70mph? Also is it a reasonable amount of sound, not ear piercing

While I'm not sure what exhaust system was put on mine before I bought it, it sounds more like a Magnaflow or Borla catless (yet the cat is there, so either gutted or collapsed). With the way backpressure makes it pop a bit, it does potentially sound more like a Borla. Ive yet to have it on a lift to try and find out though

What size XR1 muffler?

Picking up some XR1 mufflers for my Genesis G70. Gotta have some custom work done to accomadate the variable exhaust vavle on my car. Excited to see how they sound. No other mods, just the mufflers.

Is this the 2.4 diesel engine?

I'll take performance over sound any day of the week. I am a bit concerned with long trips & frequency (sound) produced. You need to make sure that it will resonate with your own personal frequency or else you will be in a world of trouble. How many times have guys built out the entire car only to find out that after a long trips & after every one they're totally exhausted or they become actually sick.

My gearbox is that slow it changes after boucing the limmiter sometimes🤣🤣🤣

I don't know if you're still active on here, but I was curious how you adapted your 3" muffler to the ipd 3 1/8" oval tubing. Is that a big enough difference for a clamp to seal properly, or do I need to run adapter piping to work around it? Thanks for your content.
