As a former Special Investigations Claims Manager I guarantee you that insurance carriers have access to data bases that will reveal whether or not you have had previous claims and/or injuries. There are such entities as professional plaintiffs who by filing numerous frivolous claims, the cost of which are passed on to ALL of us as insurance consumers. Insurance Fraud is a thing.

Thank you for your very well informed video. It certainly helped to understand the questioning and the answering. I have been watching other tips for depositions and by far yours covered everything I needed to hear without wasting a moment of time. Your pace and tone was very comfortable, I took more away from watching your single video than I did watching the many previous videos prior to yours. Thank you. I subscribed to your channel.

Dr. Brad Bradshaw Legal Team ? ? can a citizen sue a street gang who cause injury ? who pays for that victim medical bills, pain and suffering, rent or Mortgage, lost of wages, credit card, utility bills, etc. ? Think of it like being in a car accident, that's cause by somebody else and you getting injured but except you getting jumped or shot by a street gang and end up in the same place as a car accident victim, "the hospital".

Cough into your elbow, not your hands. You will spread less germs. COVID and other things like colds spread when people cough into their hands and then spread germs to EVERYTHING they touch after that. You did a great job in the presentation!

Thanks for the great video. But I may need to sue you because your cough into the microphone literally blew my speakers and my left ear drum…

So it sounds like what actually kills the Coronavirus patient in the end is not the virus directly, but secondary pneumonia. (?) btw, didn't know that a Coronavirus infection could be "mild", but then again the media keeps hyping it up to the public, like it's either a death sentence or near-death sentence once contracted. Ugh! Thanks again, Dr. Brad, for caring enough to take the time to give this presentation!

LOL @ "pulmonary toilet" .. back in my mom's day (R.T.) they called it "clapping", IIRC.
