The right side and front of my kneecap. It clicks, and I was told I have peroneal neuropathy, so there is pain on the top, side of my leg...below the knee, my ankle, and foot. My entire leg and foot are affected, though.

I have a herniated disk in my upper neck and frankly using a throw blanket as a pillow has been one of the best ideas of my adult life. I get custom support every night that I can adjust as I want and need.

This definitely looks different from the belly breathing I've been used to you all my life. This type of breathing looks like it would be difficult to know when you're getting it right due to the several layers of this type of breathing even with repetitive practice how will I know I'm getting it right..? I found your channel and subscribe to it about 2 months ago I will try not to pester you with too many questions thank you for your help and motivation.

So what can you do for this anxiety from dysautonomia? I struggle terribly with sleep too. I follow your hypermobility channel but don’t see too many things regarding interventions/treatments

Stress really makes it worse. So does lack of fluid and electrolytes. I have done several videos on that!!

I get your frustration. Having been practicing pranayama daily for 30 years and teaching both pranayama and general breathing for 24 years I can tell you that in teaching thousands of people I have not once come across a single person able to breathe correctly, including pro athletes. With the advent of smart phones and social media things got considerably worse for people with their breathing, and general health and well being as a result. These are also increasingly stressful times which further effects breathing directly. This is a great video for you and me, unfortunately few will pay attention and might as well just buy a big supply of tape ! And pardon me for saying but you are also very cute !! 😬

There's so much wrong in my pelvis, low back, hips, leg, groin, sacrum, ishium, ankle, and foot. No doctor can figure this out. It seems like you think beyond what they do. I wish I could see you..... I'm debilitated. It's so much pain for almost 3 1/2 years.😢

It was about the type of exercise vs what specific exercise. Stenosis can be as a result of dysfunctional patterns of movement, which is very specific to the individual. The purpose of this video was to specify the type of exercise meaning strengthening versus something else that was being discussed

Hello thank you for the videos. Now I’m a fit 62 year old guy but I’m finding I’m starting to do the old man steps . Should I just make myself walk with longer steps and should I do some kind of training/ exercise.
@irvinespine
@irvinespine 12 күн бұрын
I would look into the Y behind the variation in your step style. I’m not sure what old man steps means. I have always said that your body likes to work for you and not against you so you need to find out why it changes the way it does things different from what is the most compatible movement to the rest of the body

I’ve watched all your breathing videos. I’ve got the breathing outward and expanding “my barrel”. My question is with every breath am I supposed to be consciously breathing in & out that way? I’m not supposed to be taking deep breaths with every breath right? I hope that not confusing….Thank you.
@irvinespine
@irvinespine 18 күн бұрын
That is the mechanics of breathing. It does not have to be deep to be correct. The depth of breath does not matter.
