I only had a panic attack once and i hated it and i am scared if i get another, i had my only one when i was 9

I was 5.... My first panic attack almost killed me it lasted for a minimum of 2 hours and when I was taken to the doctor he said it was a random panic attack and I often get small panic attacks now but it still hurts, sometimes it's random sometimes it's caused by something related to my past.... One of the reasons for why I post late vids.

Aren’t anxiety and panic attacks the same..? They both make your chest tight and feel hard to breathe..

Their are differences tho you get an anxiety attack when you have so much of a burden on your head or when you overthink about your work or studies, you get an panic attack when you have traumatic experience again in your mind and your body goes on alarm for that , that alarm is known as a panic attack hope this helps

Anxiety attacks and panic attacks are very similar, however panic attacks are often more severe. I had my first anxiety attack yesterday at the mall. Came out of nowhere and with no build up. I've never had a panic attack, but my mother told me that they are much worse.

Oh well everyone has their own trauma I get panic attacks often but most of them are just random
