teacher at q15 why when we calculate for penalty we must minus deductible also? is the penalty incurred on policyholder or insurance company?

Penalty is incurred on policyholder..not insurance company.. but when you calculate penalty, we want to know how much amount need to be paid by the policyholder holder because he/she didn't take the required insurance amount.. this does not include the deductible, because deductible is not a penalty.. penalty is just the amount that they need to pay due to not choosing the required insurance for their home

kenapa volume of cone is 𝜋r^3, and not ⅓ 𝜋r^2h?

Oh I think my recording got cut.. actually volume is 1/3πr²h.. h is given as 3 times r.. which means h=3r.. so when we ganti into the formula.. it will be 1/3πr²(3r).. then the 3 can eliminate..and r becomes r³
